Not too bad.

I'm not really too big of a fan of very fast panning when it come to R&B. The melody has a jazzy tone to it and sounds really nice. The piano fades in and out which is fine mostly throughout the song which is fine, everyone has their own styles. I would recommend making the bass a tad bit louder.

So all in all, this is basically a really good elevator song. Doesn't need singing, doesn't need any extra band instruments (Saxophone, Flute, etc). This is pretty enjoyable if you like Jazzy type of R&B.
